Welcome to the Town of Banff's online public engagement space!

This is where we display projects where we are seeking input on projects, policies, issues and ideas. We may be seeking your viewpoint through online methods, or through in-person activities, or both - we will list everything. We want to collect and share Banff's viewpoints on a range of topics, to help make Banff even better.

For some projects and online community panels, we ask people to log in. For other projects, input is open without logging in. Sometimes we ask for email to help us follow up and to keep everyone responsible on emotionally-charged topics.

For those who were Banff ViewPoints panel members, if you haven't logged in since we transitioned to a new platform in March 2026, you will need to reset your password.

Panel members sometimes receive surveys on certain topics where we need a rapid response. When people join the panel, we as a range of demographic information that helps us make sure we collect input representing Banff's diverse population. We will keep this completely confidential. We will never share your information or email.

Banff Viewpoints is a convenient way for you to provide input when you want and how you want. Whether it’s 2 p.m. or 2 a.m., you can provide your opinions and insights on issues that affect you – on any device.
