The Town of Banff wants to learn about the current housing situation for people who are 60 years old and older, and their opinions about housing needs in Banff. The input from this survey will be compiled along with other information on seniors housing needs such as the Bow Valley Regional Housing Needs assessment, Statistics Canada data on characteristics of tax filers, and the 2018 and 2020 Banff housing surveys. Our goal is to create a snapshot of current housing and potential future needs for seniors.
A report will be presented to Banff Town Council for consideration, and the results of this survey have been published online, with responses reported in aggregate form. No personal information will be shared for individuals. Any personal information collected, such as email address, will be disconnected from responses to questions.
For each question, please describe your situation or opinion.
If you have questions or need assistance taking this survey, contact Sue Smythe at sue.smythe@banff.ca or 403-762-1253.
