Childcare Worker Survey

This survey is for current or former staff who have worked in the childcare sector in Banff the past 5 years, working with children aged 12 or under.

If you are working, or worked at multiple childcare service locations, please summarize your experiences in your responses or reflect on the location which you worked at the most.

The information gathered here will be kept anonymous and help to inform the 2024 Childcare Needs Assessment for Banff. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes. All respondents will have a chance to win a $50 gift card to a local grocery store.

Any personal information provided in this survey is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act, Section 33(c). The information you provide will be shared only in aggregate form with no connection to individuals and will be used for planning purposes around the Childcare Needs Assessment. No personal information will be shared with anyone outside the Town project team.
