Based on public input, Banff Town Council determined the latest municipally-financed affordable housing project would be for-purchase condo homes for below-market prices.

The Banff Avenue project was delayed by the COVID pandemic and other circumstances impacting labour and materials. The project was opened to residents in 2023. Learn more about the Aster.
