We are all proud residents of a national park and we know how challenging it is to find housing in Banff. Town Council will be determining the timeline for the Banff Avenue for-purchase housing development in late summer. Due to the COVID pandemic and other circumstances currently impacting our community we are reaching out to potential home buyers to determine interest in the development. Your individual responses and personal information will be kept confidential and only aggregated survey results will be shared with Council to assist them in determining the need for the project.
At present the development is slated for completion in the Spring of 2022.
