Any personal information you provide to the Town of Banff will be used for the purpose of determining if a car-sharing program should be explored in Banff. Your personal information is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act. Collected personal information is protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with Alberta’s FOIP Act. The Town of Banff will not share your personal information with other parties. Opinions submitted will be publicly shared only in aggregate format with all responses quantified.
